The call is now out for the annual end-of-financial-year CSF (Central Shared Facility) procurement. If your research group has funds and wishes to make a contribution, this University financial year, to the CSF, please get in touch as soon as possible.
The deadline for the procurement is the 31st of May which is a hard deadline due to lead times and the requirement to receipt goods before 31 July.
The current standard CSF compute node is:
- two * 16-core Intel Skylake CPUs (i.e., 32 cores total)
- 192 GB RAM
- 2 TB internal disk
- Infiniband interconnect
