Did you know that you have to cost for Research IT services before you submit your research grant applications? These services and costs are highly dependent on the nature of your research so it’s important that you get them right. Come along to our Research IT Costing Clinic on the 16th May and find out more!
The clinic will consist of a short overview of the services available from Research IT including the research infrastructure and research software engineering teams. There will also be examples of our services being incorporated into grant proposals across the university. The rest of the session will be given over to attendees to discuss their research, to ask questions about how Research IT can be involved and how our skills can be incorporated into proposals.
It is important that you talk to us before you include any of our services on your grant application otherwise we may not be able to help! This session is also a great way for new researchers to find out what services we offer.
The costing clinic will be held at 2pm on the 16th of May and we would be grateful if you could register for the event. Registration is open until the start of the meeting.
This is the last clinic of the academic year but you can contact us at any time to discuss your research grant application.
